Our approach to Your Mental Armour is a complementary one. We hold the conviction that it's entirely possible to sustain a successful career, nurture relationships, enjoy hobbies, and cultivate interests while simultaneously learning to enjoy life more, be more present, and develop a resilient Mental Armor, and that integrating meditation and other mental exercises into one's routine can be easier than incorporating physical activity into a busy schedule. The skills developed through mental exercises, such as enhanced  concentration, reasoning, patience, empathy, and stress management, are directly transferable to the workplace
